INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTERS
Poster Session Guidelines
Posters should not exceed 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall and must be in landscape orientation (i.e., width is longer than height). While there are no additional formatting requirements, we encourage presenters to consider using the “Better Poster” format, which is designed to enhance readability and engagement. Poster Session Logistics
Each poster session will last 50 minutes. Presenters are expected to set up their posters a few minutes before their assigned session begins and take them down promptly at the end. Pins will be available near each easel. Please refer to the program webpage to confirm which session you have been assigned to.
Paper Session Guidelines
At the conference, the session chair will briefly introduce the topic and presenters, then each presenter will have approximately 12 minutes to present. Each session will have no more than four presenters and will conclude with a 10-minute discussion period. Session chairs will contact presenters with more information as the conference approaches.
