The University of Washington in Seattle is easily accessible for conference attendees. The main airport serving Seattle is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (airport code: SEA), located about 15 miles south of campus. From SEA, you can reach the university via:
- Light Rail: Take the Link light rail directly to the University of Washington station (about 50 minutes).
- Taxi or Ride-share: A faster option, typically 30 minutes without heavy traffic.
- Shuttle Services: Various services offer transport to the university area.

Seattle Paine Field International Airport (airport code: PAE) is an alternative and it is closer to UW campus, but it has less commercial air services available. Currently, only Alaska Airlines flies there from its Pacific Northwest and Californian hubs.
